We have had great success in working with schools and religious institutions because we can design a maintenance schedule that will provide added services in the down time of the facility.
By using our maintenance programs, institutions with tight budgets are able to schedule special projects on a more regular basis.
The photos you see are of a large suburan Church of approximately 7000 members and an elementary school. We custom designed our maintenance program here to provide a combination of nightly cleaning and through floor care and refinishing at breaks and extended holidays.
Our custodians have been thoroughly trained in the use of state of the art floor and carpet care equipment allowing us to provide these services on a time and materials cost much below that which would be required, if a separate special service were to be brought in on an annual or more frequent basis. Our custodians extensively strip and seal all vinyl flooring in hallways and lunchrooms/recreation areas as well as thoroughly clean carpeted classrooms through the deep extraction method during the summer months in addition to providing ongoing cleaning for administrative areas. During the regular school year, floors and bathrooms are throughly cleaned with state of the art autoscrubbing machines on a nightly basis and burnished frequently, in addition to more traditional cleaning specifications carried out on a daily basis.
The church facility lobbies are also auto-scrubbed weekly in addition to the facility being thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. In similar cases, we provide nightly services as well as dayporter services (or a combination of both) which facilitate maximum flexibility to deal with various maintenance tasks created by special church services, lectures and performances, on-going construction and renovation, special educational programs and the like.
Our church/school program also incorporates marble and tile renovation services at a fraction of the regular cost.
